Gujarat industrial trucks offers hydraulic pallet trucks in three capacities of 1200, 2000 and 3000 kg. These are based on a design of foreign origin, proven and improved upon to withstand strenuous conditions on the indian type floor. The hydraulic pump has a brass cylinder to prevent rust and corrosion. The pistons are chrome plated, the cylinder has a high surface finish to ensure reliability, and negligible sealware ensures longer life of the pump. The easily removable and fully sealed, maintenance free pump unit protected against dirt and moisture gives a full 115 mm lift, incorporating a large diameter lifting ram for low working pressure and a longer seal life. There is a foot operated release valve and the preset pressure relief valve affords overload protection. Lowered height of the truck is 90 mm or as per customer specifications. The forks are made from tested steel in one-piece c-section for greater strength. The handle has loop type arrangement for better maneuverability. Fork lengths ranging from 800 mm to 1800 mm can be provided. Tandem rollers can be provided to facilitate easy entry and exit out of double-faced pallets. Hinged frame [skid adaptor] can be provided to handle pallets with high under clearance. The equipment has been in regular operation in different parts of the country, is long lasting and low on maintenance costs.
